Request deletion of your PropertyGuide account

Use this public page if you cannot access the app or prefer to start deletion from the web. PropertyGuide will verify and process requests before deletion is completed.

Submit a deletion request

This page lets you request deletion of your PropertyGuide account and associated app data. If you still have access to the app, you can also start from Settings, Account, Delete account.

What deletion covers

  • Your PropertyGuide account record.
  • Property, profile, roadmap, document, team, and financial snapshot data tied to your account.
  • User-owned uploaded files and generated app records where deletion is technically available and legally allowed.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required or allowed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or compliance reasons. Public or claimed professional listing state may need to be unclaimed or anonymized rather than removed if it is not solely user-owned account data.

Deletion is not temporary deactivation. After completion, account access and associated app data may not be recoverable.
