• Account information such as email address, sign-in state, and basic profile details.
• Buyer profile, property, search area, roadmap, readiness, and team/contact information you enter or save.
• Financial Snapshot values and loan preference information you choose to provide.
• Documents, document metadata, extracted fields, notes, and chat attachments you upload or review.
• Support, feedback, account deletion, and professional invite or claim request information.
• Technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, app logs, and usage diagnostics.

• Operate the app, authenticate accounts, and provide saved workspace features.
• Explain, summarize, organize, and compare property and financing information.
• Support roadmap, readiness, document, team, and account deletion workflows.
• Protect the service, debug issues, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
• Send transactional messages, deletion confirmations, support responses, or product updates where permitted.

AI may help explain, summarize, draft, classify, or organize information. AI does not make financial, lending, underwriting, ranking, legal, or tax decisions. Deterministic PropertyGuide services own calculations, routing, readiness, and comparisons.

PropertyGuide may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, support operations, analytics, document processing, and AI-assisted features. We do not sell personal information. Public business listing information and claimed professional profile information may appear in Build Your Team or Pro Directory contexts with source or claim disclosures.

We use access controls, authentication, row-level database policies, and operational safeguards intended to protect user data. We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, support users, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect against abuse, and maintain security.

You can request account and associated app data deletion in the PropertyGuide app or from the public deletion page at thepropertyguide.ai/account/delete. Some records may be retained where legally required or for security, fraud-prevention, dispute, compliance, or support reasons.
